Bob Koigi is a Kenyan multiple award winning journalist with experience in radio, TV, print and online media. He has written extensively on the environment, climate change, rural development and food security. He has won media awards from the East African Community, the FAO, UNEP, CNN and the African Climate Change and Environmental Reporting Awards. Koigi’s passion lie in bridging the information gap especially on emerging issues like climate change by being the link between scientists/scholars and ordinary people. Koigi has an undergraduate degree in Journalism and Media Studies from the University of Nairobi, and a Masters Degree in International Studies and Diplomacy from the same institution.
